Not for emergencies. In a medical emergency, call 112 or 108.
Yauvanchakra Health
AI patient communication · health & life sciences

Every patient conversation, answered safely, day and night.

Yauvanchakra Health brings WhatsApp, website chat, calls, email and reviews into one place for hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies, health brands and clinical research. AI handles bookings, reports and reminders. Anything clinical goes to a qualified person.

The AI never diagnoses, prescribes or interprets results. Red-flag symptoms get emergency instructions in seconds, and side effects reach your pharmacovigilance team the same day.

Who it's for

Six kinds of health organisation, one set of safety rules

Each sector gets its own specialist agents and solution matrix. The rules about what the AI may never do are the same everywhere.

Hospitals & clinics

Appointments, doctor availability, directions, billing and insurance (TPA) questions, discharge follow-ups.

Clinical questions → duty doctor or nurse

Diagnostic labs

Home sample collection, test preparation, report status, and report delivery after identity check.

Report interpretation → the referring doctor

Pharmacies & e-pharmacy

Order status, refill reminders, stock questions, prescription upload and delivery tracking.

Dosage and interactions → a registered pharmacist

Health & wellness brands

Product use, orders, reservations and communities, as we built first for D-Origin's protective-care range.

Allergy, child or skin reactions → a person, always

Pharma & biotech

Patient support programmes, medical information requests, and adverse-event intake from any channel.

Possible adverse events → pharmacovigilance team, same day

Clinical research

Visit reminders, travel and reimbursement questions, and pre-screening with scripts your ethics committee has approved.

Eligibility and consent → the study team
The platform

Patients on one side, your care team on the other

Conversations are two-way exchanges with one person. Communications are reminders and notices sent to many people at once. Every patient and every colleague has one record across all platforms.

Clinical safety

The AI does the admin. People do the care.

This line is fixed in the platform, not left to a prompt. It keeps the AI to communication and administration, so it does not act as a medical device.

The AI may

  • Book, move and cancel appointments
  • Share report status, and send a report link after an identity check
  • Send preparation instructions your clinicians have written
  • Answer questions about timings, costs, insurance and directions
  • Take down symptoms and side effects in the patient's words for a clinician
  • Remind patients about refills, follow-ups and vaccinations they consented to

The AI never

  • Diagnoses, or suggests what a symptom might be
  • Prescribes, or changes a dose
  • Interprets a test result or a scan
  • Tells a patient a side effect is "normal"
  • Delays an emergency: red-flag words trigger emergency instructions first
  • Claims to be a doctor, nurse or any person
AI agents

One assistant at the front desk, specialists behind it, clinicians by rule

A front assistant greets the patient and routes the request. Specialist agents for scheduling, reports, billing and pharmacy each work within limits set by your medical director.

Greet & route

Reads the message in the patient's language, including Hindi, and picks the request type.

Check for red flags

Every message is checked for emergency symptoms and possible side effects before anything else happens.

Specialists

Scheduling, reports, billing and pharmacy agents handle the admin, each with its own knowledge and limits.

Hand to a clinician

On request, on low confidence, or on any clinical topic, the case goes to an available, qualified person with the full history.

"Hey Care"

The patient can bring the assistant back for admin tasks at any time. The staff member is told.

Each organisation signs off its own matrix with its medical director. The assistant reads it live, and every change is logged with who made it.

Response times

Urgent in seconds. Every query closed within 24 hours.

The clock starts at the patient's first message and stops only when the request is resolved. It runs through nights, weekends and holidays, with an on-call clinician for what only a person can do.

Seconds

Red-flag symptoms: emergency numbers and nearest emergency department shown at once, duty doctor alerted.

Same day

Possible adverse events: a safety case with the patient's own words goes to the pharmacovigilance team, so regulatory reporting timelines can be met.

15 min / 1 h

First reply from a person for urgent and other clinical questions. Your timings are configurable.

12 h / 4 h left

The department head, then the medical director, is alerted.

Channels

Where patients already message you

Each platform's reply window, limits and cost are built into the reply box. Integrations are our own, with no third-party middleman.

WhatsApp

Bookings, report links, reminders. Separate numbers for patients and for staff and vendors.

Website chat

On your own site and patient portal, answered by the same agents.

Fully yours

Calls & IVR

Missed calls become conversations with a callback task. Voice agents come later.

SMS

Appointment and report-ready alerts on DLT-registered service templates.

Email

Patient threads as conversations; newsletters and camp notices as communications.

Communications

Reminders and notices, with the right sign-off

Vaccination reminders, health camp notices, protocol updates and recall notices follow the same seven steps. Clinical content is approved by your medical director.

    Compliance & trust

Health data is the most sensitive data there is. We build that way.

    Health data treated as sensitive

Medical records and health information are handled as sensitive personal data under the IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011 and protected under the DPDP Act, 2023, with consent recorded per patient and per purpose.

    India data residency

Hosted in Indian cloud regions, encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access so each staff member sees only what their role allows.

    Not a medical device

The platform is designed for communication and administration, not diagnosis or treatment. We will take regulatory advice under the Medical Devices Rules, 2017 before adding any clinical feature.

    Clinician in the loop

Clinical topics always reach a qualified person. Clinicians who consult remotely continue to follow the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020.

    Ethical AI in healthcare

Designed with ICMR's Ethical Guidelines for Application of AI in Biomedical Research and Healthcare (2023) as a reference: transparency, accountability, safety and human oversight.

    Full audit trail

Every AI action, handover, report link and matrix change is logged with time and actor, ready for NABH-style audits and incident review.

    About Yauvanchakra

Safety rules we learned running a health-adjacent brand

Yauvanchakra Private Limited, based in Jaipur, builds health and protective-care brands and the technology behind them. Designing customer care for D-Origin, our protective-care brand used by parents and children, taught us where AI must stop: any question about allergy, skin reaction or a child's safety goes to a person, every time.

Yauvanchakra Health takes those rules to hospitals, clinics, labs, pharmacies, pharma and clinical research, where getting them right matters even more.

    FAQ

    Questions health organisations ask first

Does the AI give medical advice?

No. It handles administration and communication. Questions about symptoms, medicines, results or treatment are recorded in the patient's words and passed to a qualified person.

    What happens in an emergency?

Messages are checked for red-flag symptoms first. The patient is shown emergency numbers (112, 108) and told to go to the nearest emergency department, and your duty doctor is alerted. The platform is not an emergency service and says so.

    Is it a medical device?

It is designed as communication and administration software, not for diagnosis or treatment. We keep it that way, and will take regulatory advice before adding any clinical feature.

Can it send lab reports on WhatsApp?

Yes, as a protected link that opens only after the patient verifies their identity, for example with an OTP, and expires after a set time.

How are side effects handled for pharma?

Any message that may describe an adverse event opens a safety case with the patient's own words, the product and the date, and goes to your pharmacovigilance team the same day.

    Where is patient data stored?

In Indian cloud regions. You are the Data Fiduciary for your patients' data and we act as your Data Processor under a Data Processing Agreement. See the Privacy Policy.

    Does it work in Hindi?

Yes. The assistant replies in the patient's language, including Hindi and Hinglish, and red-flag checks work in those languages too.

Can it help with clinical trials?

Yes, for visit reminders, logistics questions and pre-screening with scripts your ethics committee has approved. Eligibility decisions and informed consent stay with the study team.
